These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of www.ayushu100.com and to every purchase you make from Ayushu100 ("we", "us", "our"). Ayushu100 is run by its founders Sivaprabu and Dharani from 3A New Street, Kaikatti, Musiri, Tamil Nadu 621211, India. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. A minor may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and descriptions

  • We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Our photos are styled, so colours and backgrounds may look slightly different on your screen.
  • Wooden toys are handmade from natural wood and coloured with vegetable dyes. Food products are natural produce. Small differences in colour, size, grain, texture and taste from batch to batch are normal.
  • Weights shown are net weights. Pack sizes available for each product are listed on its page.
  • Product names appear in Tamil first and English second. If the two names ever seem to differ, the product description and pack details decide what you are buying.

3. Traditional foods, native medicines and herbal products

  • Information about traditional uses of foods, herbs and native medicines is shared for general knowledge only. It is not medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Consult a qualified doctor or AYUSH practitioner before using native medicines or herbal products, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or buying for a child or elderly person.
  • Always check the ingredients for allergies, and follow the storage and use-by details on the pack.

4. Toy safety

  • Please follow the age guidance on each toy. Some toys have small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years.
  • Young children should always play under adult supervision.
  • Check toys regularly and stop using any toy that becomes cracked, splintered or loose.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping and packing charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners, using the methods shown at checkout.

6. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch the product.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in price or description, if the delivery pincode is outside our service area, or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
  • We may limit quantities per customer or per order.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for any activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect misuse.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website. This includes attempting unauthorised access, uploading harmful code, scraping content, placing fake orders, or posting false, abusive or unlawful content in reviews or messages.

10. Reviews and feedback

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with a product you bought. We may remove reviews that are fake, offensive, or unrelated to the product. We do not edit genuine reviews to change their meaning.

11. Intellectual property

The Ayushu100 name, logo, the Dehleez arch design, product photos, text and website design belong to Ayushu100. They may not be copied or used without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, courier or network failures, or government action.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve a complaint with you directly first (see Section 15). Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. This does not affect your right to approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
